Thank you for visiting me here at BirkeloArt to check out the current selection of handcrafted, unique jewelry. I hope you enjoy the fruits of my labor as much as I enjoy laboring over them!
I'm currently accepting payments through PayPal, and I utilize Etsy to process my orders. Etsy has a fantastic set-up for the customer/artist purchase process and includes very useful features like live chat and feedback ratings. Your order will be shipped within 2 days of the payment being received and cleared, excluding postal holidays. Many orders will have same day shipping.
Presently, all items are shipped by the United States Post Office 2 Day Priority Mail. Every shipment includes insurance against damage while in transit.
I will ship internationally; however, postage is calculated on an individual basis.
OR
and I'll get you a quote for shipping.
Also, note that any customs and/or duties charges are your payment responsibility.
I do my utmost to properly represent all of my creations accurately in description and photography, but if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, simply contact me within 2 days of receiving the item to arrange a refund or exchange.
Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging, and I will refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling. If the item arrives broken, it is insured, so I will gladly send you a similar piece valued at the same price as your original purchase.
I want everyone who purchases artwork from my shop to be ecstatic about his or her item, because they all represent little pieces of my creative spirit.
I'd like to mention the Green side of BirkeloArt.
All of my packaging materials are either biodegradable, recycled, or reclaimed. I use packing peanuts made of cornstarch, which dissolve in water, and carefully tuck your purchases into custom envelopes made of recycled material. Anything you receive from me that is NOT biodegradable (i.e. Styrofoam or plastic) has been reclaimed from previous packaging.
Lastly, for every hour I run my home-made propane kiln, I donate .50 for carbon offsets at Carbonfund.org and take great care not to let ceramic materials ever go down the drain.
Hopefully, those of you who are and will become my valued customers approve of my small efforts to make this world a cleaner and more creative space to thrive in.
